These materials have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency. Misuse of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation, account termination, and/or regulatory reporting.

2. Age & Qualification Requirements

By purchasing from XP Labs, you confirm that:

You are 21 years of age or older.

You are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a laboratory, university, or research institution.

You are purchasing products strictly for lawful, research-only purposes.

3. Intellectual Property & Patent Responsibility

Purchasing from XP Labs does not grant any license to use our products in ways that could infringe on patents or proprietary rights. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of these products complies with all applicable intellectual property and patent laws.

4. Payment & Order Processing

Payments are securely processed and will appear on your statement as XPLABS.

Payments authorized after 11:00 PM Eastern Time may post the next business day.

Once a payment is confirmed, it cannot be altered or reversed. Please save a copy of your payment confirmation for your records.

5. Website Use

You may use xplabs.com for personal, non-commercial research purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, republish, distribute, or sell any site content without written permission.

Alter or remove copyright or trademark notices.

Use the site for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

7. Compliance & Enforcement

XP Labs complies with all applicable Research Use Only (RUO) labeling requirements. Any attempt to use our products for human, animal, or clinical purposes may result in:

Immediate order cancellation and account termination

Reporting to regulatory authorities if required by law

It is your sole responsibility to follow all local, state, and federal regulations.

8. Shipping & Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products:

Returns and refunds are not accepted once an order is shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or credit and cover return shipping for defective or mis-shipped items.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By purchasing, you waive the right to class actions or class-wide arbitration.

10. Export Control Compliance

You agree not to export or re-export XP Labs products in violation of U.S. export control regulations or to embargoed countries or prohibited end users.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the information needed to fulfill your orders and improve your experience (such as name, email, and shipping details). We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may contact you with relevant updates or promotions unless you opt out.
