30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return of eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• Security seals and original packaging must be fully intact.

• Returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Start a Return

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned items are inspected and approved.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, including free replacements when appropriate.

Policy Enforcement

XP Labs reserves the right to:

• Decline returns that do not meet the criteria above.

• Refuse returns in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, or policy abuse.
