2. Intended Use of Products

All materials offered by XP Labs are strictly intended for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical applications. They are:

• NOT intended for human or animal consumption.

3. FDA Research Use Only (RUO) Compliance

All products are labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2)(i):

XP Labs does not provide guidance on dosage, administration, reconstitution, or any use outside of laboratory research.

4. Product Quality & Documentation

• Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for transparency and traceability.

• COAs are available for download on product pages and included digitally or in print with each order.

5. Packaging & Shipping Practices

XP Labs ships all products discreetly and in compliance with applicable regulations. Packages include:

• RUO-labeled vials with tamper-evident seals.

• No medical symbols, injection references, or therapeutic claims.

• Generic, unbranded shipping materials to maintain discretion.

• Printed or digital COAs and compliance disclaimers.

If bacteriostatic water is supplied, it is clearly labeled:

“For Laboratory Research Use Only — Not for Injection or Clinical Use.”

6. Customer Communication Policy

To remain compliant, XP Labs does not provide advice or instruction on:

• Dosage or administration.

• Reconstitution or mixing.

• Injection, storage for consumption, or any use outside of research.

7. Misuse Prevention & Enforcement

We actively monitor for potential misuse and reserve the right to:

• Cancel suspicious or non-compliant orders.

• Terminate customer accounts that violate our Terms.

• Decline liability for third-party content misrepresenting our products.

• Cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement agencies if unlawful use is detected.

All customers agree to indemnify XP Labs against any misuse-related liability by completing a purchase.
